Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your new wall art. You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order if the item does not meet your expectations.

• The item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in its original condition.
• Whenever possible, it should be returned in its original protective packaging.
• Personalized or custom-made products cannot normally be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced.
• For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• If your frame arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with clear photos and we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
