By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.

Products and Availability
Wall Frame Studio offers wall frames, framed artwork, decorative wall pieces, and related products.
Product descriptions, dimensions, materials, frame finishes, colors, available sizes, and other relevant specifications are provided on individual product pages.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information is accurate.
However, minor differences may occur due to:

Colors displayed on a screen may therefore differ slightly from the physical product.

You will not be required to accept an alternative product.
Product Images and Room Mockups
Some product images may show wall frames or artwork in styled rooms, interiors, or other illustrative environments.
These images are intended to help demonstrate the appearance and style of the product.
The apparent size of a frame in a room mockup may not represent its exact real-world scale.
Customers should always refer to the dimensions stated on the relevant product page before ordering.
Furniture, decorations, lighting, and other objects appearing in lifestyle photographs or mockups are not included unless expressly stated.
Third-Party References and Artwork
Certain artwork may reference public figures, athletes, sports teams, clubs, cultural subjects, entertainment, locations, or other recognizable themes.
Third-party trademarks, names, logos, images, copyrights, and other intellectual-property rights remain the property of their respective owners.
Unless expressly stated on the relevant product page, Wall Frame Studio does not represent that a product is officially licensed, sponsored, authorized, or endorsed by any athlete, club, league, company, organization, artist, entertainment franchise, or other rights holder.
Custom and Personalized Products
Some products may allow customers to select or submit personalized information, text, photographs, artwork, designs, or other custom options.
Customers are responsible for checking all customization details before submitting an order.

Prices
Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown on the storefront.
The final checkout will display the applicable product price, discounts, taxes collected by us, and any other charges applicable to the order.
Wall Frame Studio currently provides free standard worldwide shipping.
If an optional premium or expedited shipping service is offered, any additional charge will be displayed before payment.
Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not normally affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payment
Payment methods available to you are displayed during checkout.
Payments may be processed through Shopify and participating third-party payment providers.
Wall Frame Studio does not normally store complete payment-card details.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.
If a payment is declined, reversed, unauthorized, or otherwise unsuccessful, we may suspend or cancel the order.
Order Confirmation
After completing checkout, you will normally receive an order-confirmation email.
This email confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
The sales contract is formed when we:

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact:

Orders generally enter processing within 2–3 business days.
Once production, customization, fulfillment, packaging, or dispatch has started, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify the order.
For personalized or custom-made products, cancellation may become unavailable once production has begun.

Shipping
Wall Frame Studio offers free standard worldwide shipping.
Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days.
After dispatch, standard shipping normally takes approximately 12–15 business days.
Tracking information will be provided after the order has been processed and dispatched.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather, peak periods, remote destinations, or events outside our reasonable control.

Customs, Taxes, and Import Charges
International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Where these charges are not collected during checkout, they may be payable by the customer according to applicable law and local customs rules.
Wall Frame Studio does not control charges independently imposed by customs authorities.
Inspection After Delivery
Customers should inspect their wall frames and artwork shortly after delivery.
Because wall frames and framed artwork may be fragile, please retain the original product and packaging if you discover damage.

Returns and Refunds

Liability

Where local consumer law provides stronger protections than these Terms, those mandatory protections will continue to apply.
Governing Law and Disputes
Purchases made through Wall Frame Studio are subject to applicable laws and mandatory consumer-protection requirements.
